How it's done
Prep is everything
Coatings fail when the prep is rushed. We grind, not acid-etch — the difference between a floor that lasts a season and one that lasts decades.

Diamond grind & repair
We mechanically profile the concrete down to a clean, porous surface, then fill every crack, pit, and control joint.
- 02
Pigmented base coat
A tinted base layer is rolled and back-rolled into the open slab, bonding deep into the concrete.
- 03
Broadcast the flake
Vinyl flake is hand-cast to full refusal, left to set, then scraped back to a smooth, uniform texture.

Polyaspartic seal
Two clear polyaspartic top coats lock in the colour and create the glass-tough, UV-stable finished surface.

Flake isn't one-size-fits-all. We bring physical sample boards to your space so you can see the blend against your light, your walls, and your vehicles before we ever start.
